日本から購入された方へ

当社の返品対応期間は30日間です。購入から30日間が経過した場合、返金や交換を承ることができません。

返品条件として、商品が未使用であり、届いたときと同じ状態である必要があります。必ずお受け取り時に使用されていた包装資材を使って返品してください。返品を完了するには、領収書または購入証明が必要になります。

対象外

古着リメイク商品は、返品の対象外です。また、次のような状況においても、返品できません。

  • 元の状態と異なり、当社の過失ではない理由で破損または一部欠損している商品。
  • 商品が到着後30日以上経過してから返品された商品

返金

返品の受理および検査後、返品された商品の受領を通知するメールをお送りします。返金の承認または却下についても通知します。

承認されると、払い戻しが処理され、一定日数以内にクレジットカードまたは元の支払い方法に自動的にクレジットが適用されます。

返金の遅延または未処理

まだ返金を受け取っていない場合は、まず銀行口座を再度ご確認ください。

ご入力いただいた情報に誤りが無い場合は、ご利用のクレジットカード会社までお問い合わせください。弊社で返金処理を完了してから、実際に返金されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。

続いて、銀行にお問い合わせください。返金が行われるまでに処理時間がかかる場合があります。

上記お問い合わせいただいた後もまだ返金が確認できない場合は、superkikishop2023@gmail.comまでお問い合わせください。

セール商品

定価商品の返金は受け付けておりますが、セール商品の返金はお受けしておりません。

交換

古着リメイク以外の、欠陥品または破損品の場合のみ交換させていただきます。同じ商品と交換する必要がある場合、superkikishop2023@gmail.comへメールし、商品を以下の住所へご返送ください。

商品を返品する際の送料は、お客様のご負担となります。また返金に送料は含まれませんので、ご了承ください。返金をご希望の場合、返金額から返送料が差し引かれます。

お客様の居住地によっては、交換商品のお届けに時間がかかる場合もありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。返送中の破損・紛失等については、当社では一切の責任を負いません。

Thank you for shopping with us! As a small, independently-run brand, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our return policy. Please carefully review the terms below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • We only accept returns for items with initial defects, such as sewing errors, damage, or incorrect items sent by us.
    • For "upcycled vintage products," returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect items sent by us. No other returns are allowed for these items.
    • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received to qualify for a return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Returns due to customer reasons, such as size issues or differences in expectations, are not accepted.
  3. Return Procedure
    • Before returning any item, you must contact us via email at superkikishop2023@gmail.com to obtain approval and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
  4. Return Period
    • The return period is limited to 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  5. Return Shipping Costs
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
  6. Responsibility During Shipping
    • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or other issues that occur during the return shipment.
  7. Processing Time
    • Please note that the return process may take some time. We will communicate with you via email throughout the process to keep you updated.
